Fall Fun #2 + Halloween!

YES I am catching up on a few blogs....this is the 3rd out of 4.
We started the month of October with a Halloween countdown. I made links that had different things written on them (acts of service/love, Halloween activities, chores, etc). Each day we took off a link and read the surprise, then Cape would help move Boo (our ghost) on the Halloween advent calendar over one day. It was a lot of fun. Here's a few things we did.

We both loved the SLIME and can't wait to make it with Daddy too!

Rice Krispie Pumpkins! Cape helped add and stir ingredients.

Then... we gave some away!

We also made a visit to Amarillo to see cousins, Mallory, Phoebe, and Phinley, and then a visit to Cedar Park to see Graham (and of course we wanted to see aunts and uncles at both places ;) ). The second trip brought Cape's first plane ride too. He did great! We were thankful to hitch a ride! It was soooo great to see everyone; we miss seeing all of you!

  

 Last, but NOT least! HALLOWEEN!!
Meet our "vintage" football player! He LOVES carrying a football everywhere these days, so it was only natural that we would dress him as a "fuball" player. He wore an old timey leather helmet (aka Cam's old aviator hat), but wouldn't ever leave it on! We only made to stops, but Cape had a blast.

I love this one!
