Cape is 8 months old now and a bundle of energy and fun! He has started giving "kisses" and I don't know of anything sweeter....or more slobbery! He has had most of our everyday type veggies and fruits and likes them all. He can pick up cheerios (mostly with his left hand) and get them to his mouth very efficiently. He's even tried tiny pieces of some veggies and fruits so he can start getting used to gumming baby bite sized food. He is crawling ALL over and VERY fast, and pulls up to everything. He will even walk along the couch then just let go. His favorite thing to do is try to scale the dishwasher. Needless to say we have had many bumps and bangs this last month. All WE wanted for Christmas was Cape's two front teeth...well he got one in and the other is almost here! I imagine he'll have 4 teeth by the end of next week. He had gone for his 6 month checkup (really almost 7 months) and I forgot to give his update last month. He was 25.75" long, and 16.2 lbs. (in the 25% for his age group). He had to get several shots including a flu shot that we just got the 2nd one of today. Thankfully he doesn't need to go again until he is 9.5 months! We just love our little Capester so much!
Oh my gosh! Cape you get cuter by the second! I can't believe how much you've grown and that you're already eating Cheerios! Amber I love your little Capester! I can't wait to hold him and love on him next week!
