May and Shepherd 5 months

Cape finished up tumbling for the semester with a little award ceremony. We loved his awesome coach Miss Amanda! He also braved a windy day with Daddy to hit some golf balls for the first time!
Sweet Shepherd turned 5 months old. You light up a room little one!
Eat: nursing 5 times a day
Sleep:you slept un-swaddled but in a sleep sack this month. you wake around 7:30am, nap at 8:45, 12:30, and 5:00, then go to bed about 7:45pm
Play: You giggle coo and smile so big. You love when cape crawls into your bed to lay with you, and you watch him so closely. You bat at the toys on your play mat and grab at them.
This month I got to spend Mother's Day with my two sweet little loves. What a blessing! Happy 5 months Shep!
