Our 22 Month T-O-D-D-L-E-R

Height: 32.5- 33 inches (hard to tell Mr. Wigglesworth)
Weight: 24 pounds (about)
Teeth:16 total and 2 year molars around the corner
Interests:
Puzzles, airplanes, and helicopters, BALLS BALLS BALLS...this kid loves any kind of sport ball there is, books, snowmen, Mickey Mouse, Woody and Buzz, empty boxes, tents, hats, outside!, coloring, stickers, blocks, "bawoons". Also you love to line things up; ie: crayons, cars, cards, letters, stickers, Little People, etc.
Words: can repeat most words and uses tons of new ones daily! You can say your full name and it is soooo sweet to hear. You say Wooldridge better than some adults already. :) You know to say please and thank you and do so on your own about 50% of the time. Umong my favorite things you say is, "holwuse", which is when you want us to hold you, and when you tell us, "i find it" and shake your head no at the same time telling us you can't find something.
Sleep: Bedtime 8-8 still , and Nap time is 1:00-3:30ish
Food: You have discovered the deep love of chocolate....I have to say that this is something that comes from your Mommy. You still request oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast every night at bedtime. Sometimes we just don't ask so that we can have something different! Corn dogs have also become a request. You LOVE drinks that Daddy juices for us, especially the greeeeen ones.
Major event: You had RSV this last month and it was not fun. You had breathing treatments every 4-6 hours for 4 days. What a trooper you were. I did have to break your tv/movie watching habit that formed over those 4 days. Even Toy Story gets a little old after the 50th time. :) You are now a huge fan of, Mickey, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz and Woody, and Elmo.
New Things/Places: Traveled to L.A. for the Rose Parade and saw lots of new things! You also started a toddler class where you learn to get in line, tumble, and have a blast.
Funnies: You ask to watch Poop and Tee Tee (also known as Pooh and Tigger)  And, you cover your eyes but peek through fingers when we pray :)

Love you more than you can imagine. Lord willing, I will always remember: listening to the monitor when you wake at the end of nap time to hear you start saying, " oh mommmyy, oh mommmyyyy, your little squeal as you take off running through the house, the pitter patter of your feet, and how my heart just melts with joy when you look at me pause and give me a great big hug and kiss. You bring Daddy and me so much joy and love Capester.

  1. Y'all are doing a great job with Cape! He's the cutest little thing...what a personality! Tyler had to line things up, seperate colors, things like that. I love to remember the funny things they've done. So glad he's better.
